No option to give zero stars, so I’ll settle for one. Turned up to a facial that I was looking forward to two days before Xmas and the lady who was supposed to be doing it wasn’t even there! Apparently I was the second disappointed customer of the day. Such a waste of time at the busiest time of the year. And no time to book in anywhere else. Gutted.
The service was provided on time and with high care, Nichola was very attentive to my needs during the treatment, she is absolutely excellent, friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend the Beauty Studio treatments and their amazing staff!
My daughter had her ears pierced two weeks ago and I have been impressed with the level of service from start to finish. The salon itself is lovely. Clean, friendly and all staff very knowledgeable. My daughter was treated so well and even given a certificate at the end which I thought was very sweet. Would highly recommend!
I have been going to the Beauty Studio for about 20 years for leg waxing, facials, massages, manicures, pedicures and eyebrow and lip semi-permanent makeup. All the technicians are professional, polite and discrete. Plus they and the receptionists have been very helpful in choosing various products to suit my skin.
I’ve been coming to the Beauty Studio for over 20 years now. The team are always friendly and professional. The treatments are always first class. Training is always up to date, so the staff are very Knowledgeable. And the lovely Leigh on reception always gives such a warm welcome and I look forward to seeing her seasonal displays in the salon.
An absolute tonic, just what I needed. I had a full body massage, facial, pedicure and manicure and they were all done to perfection. My beautician was professional but welcoming and whilst my mind was racing when I got there, I very quickly relaxed and was able to switch off and enjoy the experience. Thank you!

I visit the salon for the Lipo treatment and my therapist Nicola could not be more helpful and explained the therapy thoroughly to me and how to gain the best benefits from the treatment. I have lost inches and feel more toned. I have since treated myself to a facial and manicure it was so lovely and relaxing and the products are amazing too everyone at the salon is extremely friendly, and it is easy to park outside.
