   I became a customer of Specialist Pharmacy this year and have now had a couple of prescriptions dispensed through them. While getting familiar with their portal system, I’ve reached out to their team a few times for support. Most recently, I spoke with Rabbi, who was incredibly helpful in expediting my prescription. Each time I’ve called, the customer support has been exceptional. I’m very grateful for the consistent assistance and professionalism from this pharmacy. Highly recommend!

   Really really Bad! Tried to call to order prescription for 2 days and after queuing for 3 minutes 30 seconds andthey put you through to a voice mail answer phone. Not good enough! I am now out of a prescription that I really need! Try a pharmacy that cares!

   I would just like to share a review for such a fantastic company, I came across London specialists pharmacy on Google while searching for an alternative compounding labs to what I was using, I was hoping to find somewhere that could fulfil a private prescription on a regular bases and offer a competitive and affordable price for the cream that I needed ( which is for life) and not available on the NHS or readily known about amongst pharmacists or dermatologist.I suffer from a condition called DSAP which is an incurable skin condition and the treatment offered on the NHS to slow the progression down or make it less noticeable and is not very successful and can be quite painful. I have been using a cream that is under trial in America but obtainable on a private prescription in the UK, The cream known as the 2/2 cream makes the skin condition less noticeable and living with it more bearable. I contacted specialist pharmacy via email and I explained my condition and the challenges that come with it and what I wanted out of the cream, I was contacted back by a lovely pharmacist called Paaven who explained what they could offer and the competitive price they could give which the costing was a big part of it, Paaven talked me through of how to send my prescription over and to place an order off there website. This I found was really simple to do, you send your prescription over, make your payment and choose your delivery date and sit back and wait for delivery. They are contactable through out for any query’s and respond very quickly. Thank you once again for your help, time and patience and understanding throughout my journey.

   I would like to take this opportunity to say a massive heartfelt "Thank You" to Aisha who is the most wonderful woman and pharmacist I have come across during my 8 years of living in the UK. Aisha went over and beyond, spent time discussing my new treatment with me (telephonically when I'm certain she is very busy), preparing me gave me courage prior to the consultation with the specialist doctor. She answered my questions of concern with kindness, patience and empathy, demonstrating a willingness to empower an individuals so we can make an informed decision about the medication that is being prescribed. It was most comforting and reassuring for me during my moment of despair. I am so appreciative Aisha, being able to chat with you was a real blessing.
