   Jade did a superb job. I visited for the first time. She gave me a mini massage when applying conditioner. Then she cut my hair, she took great patience and care, applied lots of good products without charging extra. I just regret I could have asked a blow dry with curls, I am sure she would have done an amazing job. Will defo go back and will recommend to my friends. My hair feel amazing and friends complimented me!

   Disappointing customer service. First time trying this salon based on the reviews and recommendations however when I turned up to the my appointment I was told the appointment was incorrectly booked by their team on the wrong date. Response to reply: It’s inappropriate to assume that customers will have empty schedules in their day (or other commitments e.g childcare in this scenario) and are therefore “rude” for not taking an alternative appointment that is offered to them 1.5hrs later on a weekday evening 5minutes before their original appointment is scheduled. An appointment is booked for a specific time for a reason. Time was taken off work specifically for this appointment and childcare arrangements made, which in this current climate is difficult. I was not offered to discuss this with a senior member of staff, I was told “sorry it’s not my fault” by the employee. Judging by the response here, I feel if I did escalate this further to senior staff I would have been labelled as “rude”. That is not an appropriate way to rectify a mistake made on a company’s behalf.

   Always amazing hair styles, cuts and colour for my family. My youngest has curly hair and even though I've been to curl specialists previously, nobody has cut his hair better than here! His hair is so much better, curlier and most importantly easier to manage! Would highly recommend!

   Had a wash cut and blow dry for the first time here today. My hairdresser was Jade and she did an amazing job. What stood out for me was her patience and taking her time to straighten my hair exactly how I wanted it as I am very fussy with it and like it to be really straight when blow dried. For a junior stylist she did a better job then previous senior stylists at previous salons. Really friendly too. I would defo recommend her. Very reasonable prices too not just greed!

   I called up for an appointment and even though the senior stylist had a crazy back to back day he was able to accommodate me so pleasantly. At first i went in for a consultation where he ran me through all the details, ive been apprehensive in the past because I have curly hair however senior stylist Bobby new exactly what he was doing he knew my hair and the texture very well and knew coloring as if it was the back of his hand. He did a Strand test and then rang me back to tell me how well my hair had coped and was able to book me in at his earliest convenience. I had to bring in my baby girl due to her being breastfed and Bobby was able to accommodate us, he was pleasant very attentive, talked me through the whole process extremely professional and also allowed me to feed my baby girl at an area at the back with no issues. He did a wonderful job in colouring my hair I didn't want anything too wild and he listened to what I had to say. He cut my hair the way I wanted it as well and did a fabulous job in being gentle with my hair as curly hair can be very difficult to work with. I had my aunt come with me and he was very accommodating to her as well. I would like to give this service today a 10 out of 10 and will definitely be returning in the future for my hair needs Thank you for a lovely experience Salon 9

   I called this morning and the girl on the phone was honestly so rude - she was talking to me as if she was doing me a favour by booking me in. I cancelled my appointment immediately. I don’t know how this salon gets any customers.

They treat you with respect, pay attention to what you say, and carry out your instructions precisely. Daniel who cut my hair, was a nice person.    My partner has been going to salon 9 for 5 years. Everytime she leaves having had her hair done, she comes out looking more beautiful than before which amazes me as I didnt think she could get more stunning. She always leaves happy and smiley and huge credit must go to Dan and Bob for that. It's clear she has a good time and a laugh during her appointment. Top place, great fellas.
