   Usually use here as it’s the closest to my business and they normally have everything I need with no waiting. But of late I just can’t bring myself to go back. Most the staff are polite and well mannered, just can’t can’t bare being called lad every other second by the bald fella. It’s not a correct way to address a customer. It grates on me like nails on a blackboard or a fork scratching a plate

   In terms of DIY you can get there every tool you need. On one condition. You must know what you want, as you can't just walk round the shop getting hands on things. It's not like B&Q but they have a lot bigger stock than other big DIY brands. Very friendly staff and prices are reasonable.
