   *1/5 STARS - UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE* I had a disastrous experience with this salon. I booked a waxing appointment for Thursday, a week before the holiday, on Monday. I even visited the salon on Tuesday to confirm my booking and check for better time slots, but everything was the same as online. On Wednesday, I received a call to confirm my booking, which I thought was a nice touch. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse. On Thursday, the day of my appointment, I checked for earlier time slots at 5:45 PM and found options at 17:15 and 19:10. I was considering changing my appointment time when disaster struck. At around the same time, I received a call from the salon informing me that they were canceling my booking due to lack of time, just 2 hours before my scheduled appointment. I was shocked and stressed, as I didn't have any free time before my holiday to rebook elsewhere. When I expressed my frustration and disappointment to the lady on the phone, she responded brutally, saying "there is no appointment for you today, and that's it!" She also mentioned that someone would call me tomorrow, which seemed like an afterthought. When I reiterated that this was unacceptable and expressed my disappointment with their customer service, the lady on the phone SHOUTED AT ME. I had to ask her to stop shouting, which was completely unacceptable. The experience was shocking, and I felt disrespected and treated poorly. Given this experience, I would advise others to *STAY AWAY* from this salon. The 5-star reviews are likely fake or from friends and family. The salon's customer service is non-existent, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The lack of professionalism, combined with the rude staff, makes this salon a place to avoid at all costs.

   I had my nails done with Mia on 09/02/2023.I wanted to get Biosculpture on my natural nails as I have heard great things about it. Looking at my nails I am very disappointed, because there was no cuticle work done and the finish was messy and uneven. I wouldn’t recommend getting your nails done at this place as the service was only 30 minutes. Normally biosculpture nails take a minimum of 1hr30min.

   Had my daughters ears pierced today by the lovely Zoe. She made my daughter fill at ease, explained exactly what was going to happen and how to look after the ears. Such a lovely lady, even gave her a lolly after as a treat. My daughter is so pleased with her ear she even picked what style earrings she wanted. Would definitely recommend.

   Absolutely wonderful, the entire team are just lovely. Had my girls ears pierced here, competitively priced, professional and friendly service. A real treat for my daughters and so glad we went local, Aura was the perfect choice for us. Though it’s made me want my seconds done! Thanks Nikki and the team :)
