   I wanted to give a shout out to the young Nurse not sure of her name but she does my B12 and she is lovely she always as a smile on her face . I also want to give a shout out to Dr Hughes he is the best Doctor. He as time for you and he listens. He doesn't make you feel like your wasting his time whatever the problem

   Don't really leave reviews how ever. But I'm a little upset that they have lowered to them self's to blackmail. So my case. Been getting text messages from Westwood / larwood group 1 in March 2 in April for me to attend a annual routine blood test..due to covid19 and other related issues was not able to get time off work to get into bassetlaw hospital... So time came to ordering a repeat prescription and they refused my meds until I have a blood test. With no warnings not so much as a phone call or a anti social text message. Other than this never have any issue but in fairness doctor visits a few and far between for me. Pop a pill and carry on kind of bloke

   Tried to get an appointment a week away. None available. I explored various alternative options, one was late March! Before Larwood took 'control' this was an amazing 8 to 8 surgery that offered first class service and appointments that frequently were SOONER than I could manage. Sadly now this has become like many mediocre outlets of healthcare. Very disappointing.

   Ever since larwood surgery took over this place has dramatically down hill. From not being able to get an appointment, only delivering half the prescriptions and taking hours to prescribe medication only to tell you your going to have to wait another 4hrs for a re prescribe because the doctor has gone before signing any necessary paperwork

   Let's just say after the recent spate of difficulties the surgery has gone down hill fast. You're told one thing by the reception team and then when you phone back as asked you're told another thing entirely. To the point where they will tell you to phone when they know there going to be closed. This is some new level of negligent professionalism by desk staff. The doctors are fine.... If you can get past the incompetent reception staff.
