Charlene went to great lengths to fit me in at very short notice and she did what she always does and made my hair As always, hair has been cut and coloured to a very high standard. I won't let anyone other than Charlene touch my hair!!!! fab.

Visited this salon because I saw good reviews online, so I thought to give it a try because it seems they know how to color blond hair, and they do know how to color blond hair, as the result was quite nice. However, the price I paid was exorbitant, £273 for highlights and a trim. Is this some Chelsea or Knightsbridge luxurious hair salon? Or why this price? Cannot find a justification for this ridiculous amount. I have colored my hair many years and I have been to many hair salons but not one charged me 300£ for highlights and a quick trim. I understand the work (it's long hours to get the right color especially with already colored hair), the experience and the good quality products, but still it is way too much compared to other places in the area. Now I only use the hairdresser next to my house, same quality but £125 for highlights and blowdry. Thanks but never again!
