    I telephoned first to confirm the item required was in stock. Told yes. 8 mile round trip to collect only to find that staff member had mistaken full size item for sample. Waste of time and fuel. Won't mark lower as usual service is first class.

    A very useful store with a great range of essential items. Prices are good and staff are helpful. Reasonable amount of parking. In some ways, reminds me of the old Poundland. Well worth a browse.

    A handy little shop with a lot of stock which is both a good and bad thing. Finding things can be difficult at times but the staff are willing enough to lend a hand when needed. People with mobility issues might want to choose a different branch though. The car park is shared with Home Bargains and quite busy so getting an accessible parking place can be a waiting game. Once in the store it can be difficult to navigate with crutches and a real problem if your in a wheelchair or scooter. Again the staff have always been there to help if you don't mind them doing the running back and forth.

    Good range of DIY good. Lots of stock crammed into smallish shop. Helpful staff, usually helpful. Prices can be a bit steep for some items but then very reasonable for others so worth pricing up with them when doing odd jobs.
