   We have shopped in Rightway West Kirby for so many years and the staff have aways been experienced, knowledgeable and very helpful. Sadly this morning the youngish girl with a nose ring did not have a clue. We wanted to but a wheelbarrow which simply needed a spanner to remove the wheel nut so it would fit in my wife's car. Youngish girl did not even try to help. I pointed out there must be a spanner as it is a DIY shop. The response was we sell spanners but she could not think out of the box to remove the wheel. Result was Rightway lost a sale and we cannot complete the job today as planned and will have to wait until tomorrow when a cheaper one arrives from Amazon. What a shame!

   Guys (and a doll) been really helpful over the past two months giving g me advice and encouragement whilst renovating a flat. Paint has been a great price, and they had almost everything we needed to keep us working! (Unfortunately!) The grotto looks very enticing, and no doubt we will be visiting and getting g our festive lights before they all go. Good review where earned I would say, great personal service ! Keep smiling folks!

   I'm a regular shopper at Rightway, West Kirby. The service there has always been friendly and helpful. Special mention is due to Mandy and Martin who always go out of their way to help. All staff, though, are pleasant, friendly and helpful and who often offer good advice on products at the store.

   Rightway West Kirby is a great hardware store - I regularly pop in for DIY essentials, they have a great range, reasonable prices and helpful staff. There is a great selection of paints, varnishes & decorating accessories. I’m looking forward to returning for another visit.

   Two other stores (very helpful, Neston and Upton)checked their stock for threadlock for me and said they had it on back order but told me the Hoylake branch definitely has some, I called the Hoylake branch to check it was indeed in stock and was flattly told he doesn't sell it, either the computer is incorrect or the salesman was, either way I guess I'm getting it from somewhere else

   Called into WK shop for BugClear Ultra to attack Vine Weevil! None left, but excellent service from Martin, who offered to order more in for me. Received & collected next day! Always have good service from Rightway... & they're reasonably priced.

   Disappointed, paid £48.00 for a set of Xmas lights 7/12/21, a couple of days after Xmas, a section of them stopped working, took them back to the store today 10/01/22 and was pointed to a small notice on the counter notifying of a 30 day return policy on Xmas lights so nothing could be done about them. As I use this branch for a lot of my DIY items and usually find them helpful, it's a bit of a let down, I will use them less frequently now.

   Bought a can of spray paint for a job around 10 miles away. When I got to the job the can was a dud as no spray button on and leaked a bit. Called up and explained I have to travel back and then to the job again. No apologies of two members of staff. Just said "one of those things".... learn the basics of customer skills with an apology. Time to use another hardware shop
