Be very careful as the deposit isn’t registered with the DPS or TDS meaning that it isn’t protected. The landlord could easily take the deposit for themself and not refund this at the end.
Sounds good looks good untill you pay Then they want £200 deposit (refundable) for any damages sadly as pensioners we dont have a spare £200 sitting around doing nothing so we didn't go . Couldn't go and stayed home ...

Fire door on bottom of the stairs near exit door does not close properly as you enter the apartment, the living room plug on wall is coming off ,in bedroom the bed the lats are broken, resulting putting mattresses on floor, wardrobe backs broken, not ladies bins in any of the bathroom, carpet grips under doors screws not put in properly,
Decided they were closed the night we were due to stay after having the reservation for a year…despite a huge gig being on that night which is probably one of the biggest events Huddersfield has seen! So now we’re left with nowhere to stay.
