   Terrible service yesterday (21.03) I needed a plumbing part and before I had even finished uttering my question the girl behind the desk barked at me that they were not electricians or plumbers. I asked if she could point me to the right part of the shop for plumbing parts and she barks that I should go to a plumbing merchant! A customer at the back of the shop offered to help me because he had obviously heard how terrible the service was I had received. But it says it all that a random person helped me more than the employee thanks for absolutely nothing love. Terrible!

   Great prices ( better than some well know big retailers) and choices. Localisation is easy to find with enought parking space. All staff are friendly but I must give extra praise for Ben. He is always willing to help, patiently with smile on, any time of the day, even 5 minutes before closing down. His knowledge is amazing, much better than manager ( I know , I asked manager for advice once and got wrong thing, but Ben sorted it out and found me the right one ) and he wont give up till he find the resolutions to your problems. Brilliant .
