I'm disabled so I sent my 12 year old grandson in with my QR code account card and bank card to buy a dewalt storage case. He had the details written on a bit of paper but the guy insisted he wanted its catalogue number on their system. My grandson gave him the paper he screwed it up and put it in the bin insisting he needed its number. He told him to go back out to me and buy it click and collect on the app. It was showing out of stock despite there being some stacked up in the showroom, When my grandson went back in and told them this the guy spun the monitor round and told my grandson "You tell me what to do then seeing as you know what you want". He came back out to me told me what he said, then he told me he left because the guy "was being a complete arse about it".

Screwfix in Flint we’re excellent in my latest experience. I had a problem with my makita circular saw, they resolved the problem quickly and kept in touch the whole time with details of the process. Simon the manager at Flint Screwfix was especially helpful.
Verry helpful staff . I wasn't sure wat type of signal booster I was after and the man went above and beyond to help me . Will definitely be going back there if i ever need to again in the future.
