   Having suffered with shoulder injuries from year of judo, I’ve been going to BTST for a while. Li, the osteopath is incredible and I can’t recommend her enough. I’ve also recently seen Laura, the sports massage therapist, and again, the standard of treatment was excellent. For anyone who’s heavily involved in physical sports, it’s certainly worth a visit.

   After experiencing a long-term and extremely challenging bout of Covid-like symptoms last year, I was left feeling 'out of sorts' for months. Following several visits to the doctors in an attempt to address these persistent symptoms (tiredness, exhaustion, headaches, brain fog, ear/nose/sinus issues, muscle/joint pain etc.) to no avail, a friend recommended that I should go and see an Osteopath. This recommendation turned out to be fantastic, and after only a few sessions with Li I started to feel instantly better. I went with very little expectation, but through a combination of different therapies (including craniosacral), it somehow did the trick. I am now completely recovered, but intend to continue visiting Li and BTST on a regular basis as the service is so excellent. This is definitely the place to go if you are experiencing any problems of this kind. It really does work. Thank you Becky and Li.

   Fantastic ! The place is set in great grounds and everything inside is spotless and welcoming! The staff are bubbly and friendly all the time. From visit 1 to a year later the treatment is top quality and they don’t put pressure on you to over book appointments. I’ve had Laura from day 1 and she’s worked her magic ! Her knowledge is great, she’s friendly and very professional! Highly recommend.

   I was a little anxious about back manipulation but my fears were soon alleviated by Li. She thoroughly explained every aspect of the treatment at each stage. Li, was very professional and thorough with my initial assessment and took the time to listen to my back problems. Gemma, the receptionist was friendly and reassuring on reception. The practice is clean and welcoming. The setting is absolutely beautiful too.
