   Been coming to max for over 10 years now! The treatment and experience is always impeccable. Never had a bad experience here ever. Due to max being on holiday I decided to venture to another salon which left me with an extremely bad colour and experience which max perfectly rectified. He is the best of the best. Highly recommend. I’m also travelling quite a distance to visit him as there’s no comparison to his work. Ps his true Italian coffee is great addition.

   This is my third trip to have my hair cut by Max Carlucci and I can’t recommend him enough. He’s friendly, fast and oh so classy. I always leave his salon feeling like the pinnacle of glamour. I love that it’s an independent business and that he will always be the one to cut my hair - in the past I have struggled to stick to the same stylist when visiting a chain, but now that I have found Max, I’m not going anywhere else.

   Sadly I had a bad haircut elsewhere and needed it fixing. Finding Max turned out to be magic. Having found him on Google, I emailed him and he called me back. From the minute go he sounded like he knew what he was talking about, and from the minute we met, I knew I was in good hands. Then I returned today to have Yuko treatment. To spend 4 hours with someone you hardly know and feel comfortable is a personal skill that is very much present here at Carlucci. Max, Anne, and the whole team are super friendly and lovely. Glad I found them for beautiful hair and recommend you visit them too!

   My first time visiting Carluccios and I had a great experience. 10/10 customer service. I booked in for a last minute hair cut, which was amazing and then booked in for a full head of highlights later on in the day. Max was incredible and fitted me in around the times that suited me. He took his time and care but was also very speedy. I love my fresh hair and I will definitely be back! Amazing service!

   Finding a good hairdressers is soo hard because you need alot of trust to let someone colour or cut your hair. Well i can 100% confirm carlucci in richmond is amazing, i'm soo happy with the results and max did such a fantastic job. I will forever be using their services. Thank you Max.

   Self-confessed hairdresser-phobe, I stepped out of my comfort zone and went on a friend’s recommendation. (I have fine, curly hair, so home cutting was surprisingly forgiving!) As I hadn’t been to a salon for over 10 years, I went for it. I had a cut, highlights, hair Botox treatment and blowdry. The cut & colour are fantastic. The hair treatment… just wow. I have NEVER experienced such silky hair - I didn’t think is was a thing for curly girls. I was wrong and I’ll be back. The blowdry was also fantastic, but so different to my usual spiral curls it took a few hours to appreciate it. I was there for a good few hours and actually enjoyed the experience. I can’t recommend Max highly enough. Thank you!

   Anna was amazing, not only did she fit me in on a Bank Holiday Monday, but tamed my trestles after a few years of growing my hair. Plus lots of water and sun exposure. Truly great haircut. Plus lovely connecting helpful conversations.
