   It's a lovely experience visiting Charlie Brown hairdressers, Banstead. I find the members of staff very welcoming, polite, warm and genuinely friendly. In particular Michaela and Abi who were my first point of contact at my initial assessment. They are open and honest in their assessment and feedback of my hair and the treatment I was enquiring about. Their blow dries are wonderful and you leave the salon feeling really well looked after and cared for. Such a great salon and the staff members really work as a team, in fact they are like one big happy family. It's a pleasure going for my blow dries. Thank you Abi, for today's!

   I’ve been going to Michaela for my hair and she is absolutely fantastic! From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel completely at ease with her warm, friendly manner and genuine attention to detail. She really listens to what you want, offers great professional advice, and always ensures you leave feeling confident and happy with your hair. I had my hair cut into a bob, and I’m absolutely thrilled with it — the shape and finish is perfect. It feels light, healthy, and easy to manage. Michaela takes real pride in her work, and it shows in how precise and thoughtful she is throughout the appointment. The customer service is outstanding — nothing feels rushed, and she always makes sure you’re happy with every detail before you leave. I left the salon feeling confident, refreshed, and so pleased with my new look. I honestly couldn’t recommend Michaela highly enough — she’s talented, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. A true gem!

   Do not use this business for a Brazilian blow dry!!! Terrible product. Has not take the frizz out of my hair. Smells even two weeks later. Dry and worse than before. Owner told me no to a refund and said ‘put it down to trying something and it didn’t work!!!!’ Horrid man. DO NOT USE My hair is naturally a bit frizzy. It’s not curly, or even wavy so when I had the treatment I explained to the consultant that the purpose of the treatment was to be able to go to the gym, wash hair and then allow it to dry naturally without having to blow dry and straighten. The hairdresser agreed that this was the product for me!!! The below paragraph is from your website. It clearly states that it tames the most extreme frizz!!! My hair is EXACTLY the same as it was when I walked into your salon. It’s done nothing. To then have the audacity to tell me that ‘If your hair is frizzy, the product will just stop it becoming more frizzy as the day goes on’ WHAT A JOKE!!!!!! It’s a scam! You are taking £200!!! And not delivering what you advertise!! The owner was so rude to me, why would I give him the opportunity to touch my hair again??? When in his own self admission the product is not fit for purpose and not doing what you advertise it to do… It actually made my hair dryer as a result- definitely not silky smooth as referred to below!!!! ****** The results of a Keratin Blow Dry will simply blow you away, with it’s capability to tame the most extreme of frizzy and unruly hair, transforming your hair into a 100% manageable and silky smooth finish. I say again!!!! AVOID THIS SCAM

   I’ve never been so angry, frustrated and disappointed with a business owner! What a horrid man!!! I went to Charlie Brown Banstead for a Brazilian Blow dry as advertised on their website. I had the treatment, followed all there instructions to find my hair hadn’t changed at all! I complained to the salon to be told by Clive that it wasn’t meant to take the frizz out of my hair, how stupid I was to think it would change the ‘structure’ of my hair. I explained the reasons I wanted the treatment (not wanting to blow dry my hair after every shower for it to be manageable). Clive was rude, wouldn’t listen to my side and having sent photos and been in to see the salon staff, still refused to refund me !! DO NOT USE THIS SALON - product is a scam!!!
