   Very poor customer service. With over 30 years in the construction industry and having delt with many trade counters, I gotta say this is the worst. Unhelpful and uninterested staff. I then went to Atlas in penketh and what a difference in customer service. Pleasant helpful staff they sorted me out in two minutes. I'm looking to have a full central heating system fitted this year and I definitely won't be using Plumbase for the materials.

   Very ignorant, rather be on his phone texting then help a customer. My suggestion go somewhere else. B and Q, then when they close, they can look back and say if only.went there again 1.7.20 my mistake sold me inadequate stock never again went selco got what I wanted and cheaper.

   I bought a few seals from here to replace the old ones in the toilet. Pricey, but at least the colleague known straight away what I need and they had it in stock not like the other 2 similar companies I tried.
