   I took my daughter to have her haircut at Ora’s and Ruby was amazing with her (second time round as she remembered her!). She made great conversations with her and gave her great advise on the length of her hair and styling techniques. My daughter loved how Ruby styled her hair and felt so happy with the end result!    Always look forward to my appt. at Ora. From the moment you walk into the salon you receive a friendly welcome and service that makes you feel like you are the most important person there. I enjoy everything, the consultation, the hair wash, the massage chair, head massage, and the cut and style. I have thick hair….Sophie manages it with ease. She is absolutely brilliant. In between appts. my hair magically seems to keep its shape and I often get some lovely compliments. Highly recommended.

   Since starting at Ora, I have always felt comfortable going to the salon. Everyone in there is super friendly and welcoming. The coffee is also REALLY good! My hair feels really fresh and healthy and the stylist I have had is extremely professional and has done a great colour and cut. Really happy.

   Absolutely fabulous!! I am a new customer and was most impressed. Sophie spent a long time discussing with me details re my hair etc., and made me feel most welcome. I can honestly say this is the best salon. So thank you very much.I have visited a lot of top Salons in my life so well done Ora you are the best. Lovely friendly staff.    Had an appointment booked in for highlights at 1200 on 22nd November, and was phoned the night before to cancel my appt as there was no record of patch test (I had this earlier in the year). Really unacceptable to leave it so last minute to check and cancel on a customer, or make a note of the original patch test earlier in the year. No contact since to try and resolve the bad experience.
