   Disgusting service. Spent £208 and got highlights instead of balayage and a terrible result. After manager Sophie confirmed refund on the phone and agreeing it’s unacceptable to be given highlights instead of balayage what I booked and paid for. She then encouraged customer care not to refund like agreed. Customer care Hayden was disgusting and unprofessional. Ignoring the fact I have been given the wrong service. The customer care and the manager have took the absolute piss and disgustingly fake. As well as a nasty way of dealing with a serious error. Reported to trading standards now also! Do not trust the salon at all. Could have been an easy morally right resolution by refund. Instead, they wanted to ignore the fact I have been given a wrong service. Made me go through the whole process of refund then try offer gift cards when I don’t want them to ever touch my hair again. Wrote lies to customer care about me instead of defending the customer and lying about the state of my hair to protect themselves. Much better salons to go to, like ones in Cheam village who actually do what you pay for. Biggest mistake going to Rush. Unprofessional, Disgusting and very bitchy service received. Told me one thing in person and on the phone and completely disregarded it to customer care. Avoid this salon if you care about getting scammed and ignored.

   Sophie and team were amazing! I had recently done my hair but not the color I wanted, Sophie took time and understood exactly what I wanted. She did an amazing balayage and gave tips on how to maintain my hair - normally very thin and dry. Overall good experience, definitely doing back in 6-8 weeks :)

   Had my haircut by Donny 3 times now, every time I come out feeling more and more confident. He knows exactly how to manage what you want vs what is achievable for your hair. Best haircuts I've ever had, really friendly and happy salon.
