Came here for the first proper time and had a fab experience . Lauren was absolutely lovely and complelty transformed my hair that hadn’t been cut in a long time . I honestly think it’s the best my hairs ever been cut or shaped. Will defo be returning .Thank you again Lauren you are very talented ! X
Lovely hairdressing salon. Emmie was absolutely amazing and very professional. Very knowledgeable and also helped to recommend different hair care products to me specifically for my hair type. I have been going to Frank Di Lusso for a few years now. Both my daughter and I go and we always leave with a fantastic haircut. Both Nicole and Lauren (and the rest of the team!) are great at listening to what we want, discussing any issues and then delivering an amazing cut. It always grows out nicely too so we don't need to go back every 6 weeks to keep it looking good. All the staff are welcoming, pleasant and are happy to chat or not - it's down to you. Good coffee too :-) Would definitely recommend Frank's, especially for anyone with thick, unmanageable hair.
I’d never had my hair professionally done prior to my appointment at Frank Di Lusso so was very nervous but the whole team made me immediately comfortable and provided a flawless service. Nicole was so caring and helped me throughout the appointment with any anxieties and worries. I am so happy with my results and will now be a loyal customer at Frank Di Lusso! Super friendly and personable. Made the whole experience feel so relaxing and enjoyable. I walked out with my hair looking amazing. I have curly hair and this usually scares most hairdressers but Frank was excited about getting my hair back to its absolute best and did an amazing job of making it look so good! I will be back.
I used to go to Franks religiously when Kady was around. She was a professional who always got it right. I continually gave them a chance in the hope that one of the stylists would be able to and knowledgable enough to execute a simple dye job yet have been consistently disappointed. My most recent experience will be my last, I dropped £70 and wasted a chunk of time to look exactly the same with 3 different shades in my hair and with my roots still on show. It’s laughable really as they try to convince you that there is a noticeable difference and that they have ‘corrected everything’. Frank, if you are going to charge inner London prices for mediocre services and outcomes then at least ensure your staff are able.
