Had the best haircut with Dawn today. I'm absolutely pleased. She just went through the haircut with so much professionalism. The styling also top notch!I will be back 100% and tell everyone about her. All the staff were also absolutely friendly and welcoming. Thank you!
Spoke to Ricardo a few hours ago- what knowledge! I did not know there were so many options with my hair. He is well abreast of latest techniques and how latest technologies can be applied- while not forgetting the human touch! Our family trust him so much that my Son will now book in. I visited the hairdresser on Friday after passing by earlier in the week. From start to finish I was extremely well taken care of. Ricardo did my hair and took my extensions out, which were literally glued in so strong. He saved my hair and gave it the nourishment it needed. He recommended a lift and used amazing foils which I’ve shown, reminded me of autumn which made the treat to get my hair done really special. The staff were friendly and caring. Vanessa who took care of my was so sweet and I honestly can’t recommend this salon enough. Friendly, clean and vibrant! My go to place!

Wonderful staff and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. I have a problem with bald patches and Dawn was sympathetic and kind and did a great job. She lifted my spirits and gave me a great cut. I honestly would not have had this level of empathy and gentle treatment anywhere else.
I have been a customer of Anna's Hair Salon for many years. I had my colour done the other day. I am really thrilled with the results. Fantastic hairdressers and would highly recommend.
I just had the most horrible experience at your salon. The whole time the lady doing my hair was wearing her mask around her chin and eventually didn’t even have it all making me feel very uncomfortable the entire time. In addition she was pulling my hair so hard out out my head and keeping the blow dryer in the same place for long periods of time.. I was in pain from both the brushing and she was burning my scalp with the blow dryer. I was worried she was going to burn my hair and she did. Didn’t even know that was possible with a blow dryer. I have included photos of the burnt ends of my hair. This is damage that cannot be reversed and now I need to go pay for a hair cut and hope it grows back quickly. Just because I was the last appointment of the day doesn’t mean I should be treated with such disrespect. I was given bad attitude from when I first walked in. I emailed the salon about my experience giving them a chance to make it right but no response. Don’t not go here unless you want burnt hair.
I visited Anna’s for the first time and was very impressed with the professionalism and advice the team gave. Ricardo was so helpful in guiding me to right treatment even when that meant me spending less money in the salon! I had a root tint, hair cut and blow dry and I was so happy with the results and the price! i will definitely be visiting again as Anna’s will now be my new regular salon!
FANTASTIC salon and service. Recently moved from Paris to London and was worried I'd be unable to find stylist I loved as much as my go-to in Paris. Thankfully, I found Anna's immediately upon move and quickly realised I had no reason to worry. Have been going consistently for past six months and couldn't be happier with my cut and colour (also, legit head massage during shampoo is fantastic perk, as are friendly staff who make going to salon feel more like a "fun outing" as opposed to a chore).
