I've been coming to this hair salon for 6 years . Very accommodating and professional . Ercan's blow drys last almost a week for me . He also colours and trims my hair and I'm super happy I highly recommend this salon . Please give it a try
I had a terrible experience with my blow-dry at this salon with Erkan (as he said the owner). The stylist’s technique was painful — he kept pulling my hair, and the dryer was so hot it hurt my scalp. Despite that, I stayed patient throughout. Even though I specifically asked for wavy hair and explained that my hair doesn’t hold shape easily and needs proper heat styling, he only used a brush and dryer — no straightener or curling iron at all. To my shock, within only 20 minutes of leaving the salon, my hair went completely straight — no curls, no volume, nothing. When I called to let him know, he was rude and dismissive, claiming it happened because I touched my hair too much (which was not true). He later messaged saying he could fix it the next day, but when I came in, he made excuses about being busy — even though I could clearly see he had available appointments online. When I finally spoke to him, he admitted he didn’t even have a straightener or curling iron in the salon, only a blow dryer and brushes. Overall, this was the worst blow-dry experience I’ve ever had. Very unprofessional, rude, and not worth the money or time.
There was a miscommunication in regards to my appointment even thought I called and booked online with treatwell and paid in full for my blow dry. He attacked me at the door to say he had cancelled my appointment he was aggressive and rude no customer service not consideration for my time and effort to get there and pay in full for parking. I have never been spoken to with such rudeness I would never let him anywhere near my hair with that attitude.I have never had my hair done by you and never will. This was my first visit to your salon I’ve never met you before.
I came hoping to have a positive experience as my daughter needed her hair cut. I found the man's energy quite stressful, I can tell he is passionate about hair but he seems very tense and my daughter did not enjoy the experience at all. Will not be going back here and I wouldn't recommend because someone working on your hair is a sacred experience and the persons energy should be good!
I don't typically leave reviews, but the owner was very rude to me and unfriendly. He ranted to me about why I couldn't have the colour I originally asked for, as well as laughing in my face and speaking down to me frequently throughout the service when I asked questions. I ended up just getting a cut (which looks good), but I would avoid if you're expecting a nice, relaxing service - especially when prices aren't much different to luxury hair salons. It's a shame as he is clearly a knowledgeable hairdresser, he's just a very unpleasant person to deal with.

The owner was very rude and aggressive, I reached the salon 15 mins late. He said he couldn’t accomodate the booking at anytime during the day as last time I visited the salon was three years ago so he didn’t care of doing my blow dry (maybe he doesn’t know people travel for work and shouldn’t be his concern anyway). I use Treatwell app very often and this is the first time something like that happened with any salon in years and I make plenty of hairdressers appointments as I do blow-dries two three times per week . This salon should be removed from any booking app . Salon environment is also extremely tacky.
Best cut and highlights - My favourite hairdresser in London This is by far my favourite hairdresser! > Their cost is reasonable [unlike most places] > Location is great as I get to grab a nice lunch afterwards and easy to access > They are friendly, charming, good ambience and give great advice on styling and best suited look > got highlights done this weekend to hide my Gray and I came out looking and feeling amazing. 2 days later, it still looks great [I had instances where the colour would go funny] > I had long hair without much of a style for the past 2 years and went for a shorter cut per advised by the stylist and it just looked amazing I cannot recommend enough - it's a great experience all round [and no need to book, just go when you feel you need it]!
I had the absolute pleasure of seeing Ercan for my hair colour and haircut during my visit to Romy salon. I think this is the first time that I have left a hairdressers feeling thrilled with my hair cut - as I have a pixie cut, it is difficult to find a hairdresser who knows how to properly care for this style of hair. ERCAN knew exactly what to do and gave me a style that I am over the moon with. He was also a great and lovely person to chat with during my appointment which made my experience here even better. I couldn't recommend them enough, and I will definitely be booking another appointment with them in the future!
