Me and my wife are new to the surgery been in a couple of times receptionists always been a help on Wednesday Heather the receptionist was overrun with people but she was professional and curtios and was very helpful with us. So don't be judgemental with the ladies thankyou.

I've been with this practice since an infant It's had its ups and down like lost things in life but these past few years they are trying to go above and beyond for their patients Insee doctor Kumar for my arthritis injections and yes always a pleasure to deal with I see doctor Helen for various reasons and she is second to non in terms of care and understanding She's had helped me though some dark times and illness I highly recommend their standards as it stands now and cannot thank them enough The staff, receptionists, nurses and doctors are all there for you In these trying times I believe they're doing their absolute best for their patients and I thank them Keep up the good work Kind regards Dean Q
I called to make an appointment last week and i had to call 145 times and still did not speak to anyone. And when i eventually get through there is no appointments left,which is a joke because i can walk in there at any point of the day and the waiting room is mostly empty. If anything we should all be refunded because the surgery gets around £200 per year per patient from the NHS which we pay our stamp with, and they get that money regardless if you go once per year or never. Its robbery and this message is in no way related to the wonderful staff who have the misfortune of working for the owner.
I am new to this surgery and moved from leeds . My English is not very good and I found the doctor also speaking my language to help me and my family I have diabetes and need medicine after moving to Wath and was happy to have appointments with nurse for my blood tests and with doctors to give my medicine with no waiting Thank you doctors and surgery for helping NHS patients
I will start that the staff at the practice are very lovely and friendly But... I have never had such a bad experience with the system. It took them 3 months to register me because they lost my initial application. Another time, I called 111 and the GP said they would contact my Medical Practice but the medical practice lost that request. I moved to Liverpool and registered at another GP. I tried calling multiple times and the lines kept saying the lines were closed. When I got through the next week. I asked for my medical records and they told me I wasn't on the system. They had lost all my records so bowni need to start all over again. there system really needs an update and better management. I don't know how they function. Would not recommend this practice to anyone.
They really really do not care about patients, at all. Takes 30-40 minutes to get through when phoning and they couldn't possibly care less. Had a phone consultation scheduled 6 weeks in advance, they never called on the day yet claim they tried twice when my call log states otherwise, just given another appointment for another 6 weeks time and they don't care that I'm going to run out of medication in the meantime.
Absolutely shocking services, 1 hours 15 minutes I've been on call I've been number 1 in que for last 25 minutes! And no doubt when I finally get answered the receptionist suddenly turns into doctor and what's to no everything, after u tell them u need to speak to a doctor, 2 weeks wait for a phone call , absolute joke, someone needs to look into this , this ain't right!
Waited 30 minutes to be answered. I wanted an appointment for a flu jab. I was asked if I was eligible and answered yes. I was given an appointment and advised I would be sent a text. It was only when I put the phone down that I realised I wasn’t asked for my name or date of birth.. Needless to say I didn’t receive a text and will either need to call in or ring again. Dreadful service that there were over 5 in the queue, then it was stuck on 4,3, 2 1 for ages. I rang mid afternoon so you’d exit to be quieter
