I've been on hold for 20 minutes and all the while being number 1 in the que so the receptionists are clearly sat there ignoring the phone. Absolutely disgraceful service.
My grandson and l have just moved to this area and l must state after joining this surgery they have been brilliant. Even before our records transferred over we both needed the doctors for different reasons. We both got an appointment the same day, and the doctor was brilliant. We also got hospital appointments within the next two weeks with further treatment that helped to sort out our problems. The staff were great and since then they have helped us with our transition period and we have no complaints at all. Thank you for helping us and our choice of doctors in the area (and there are four), was correct. You have been fantastic Diane and Paul.
I have to say that all staff are very caring.. Dr's Glover and O'Leary very thorough and don't rush you...
For no apparent reason my blood pressure medication was stopped. My BP now averages around 193/ 90 and I'm feeling unwell. This hasn't been taken seriously by the GP.
All the staff are lovely at this surgery but I've been to see the nurse today called Sharon ( first time I've met her) and what a credit she is to this surgery . Friendly and very caring . Thankyou Sharon .
Lovely staff. Dr Patel and Amy the blood nurse are brilliant, go above and beyond. Dr Oleary been very good with me too. Good Dr's and I always get an appointment.
I have been a patient at this surgery all my life and my 3 children are also. Yes; frustratingly as with most systems there's been hiccups with waiting and doctors availability. However I am more than satisfied with all the GP's here and the nurse practitioner's are a credit and long serving staff. Does not warrant the low star rating whatsoever.... worse medical services around for certain.
