   We have recently registered both our dog Stanley and cat Walter at this practice after recommendations from friends. I can honestly say all staff are absolutely fantastic from start to finish and the care they have received has been 2nd to none. They are very reasonably priced and I would recommend this practice one hundred percent and trust them with our pets.

   I can’t recommend Vets4Pets Bolton highly enough. I’ve visited this branch many times with my cats, and every single time, the care and professionalism from every staff member has been exceptional. They strike the perfect balance between professionalism and genuine compassion—always treating both you and your pet with heartfelt kindness and respect. Sadly, my most recent visit ended in heartbreak, but I’m incredibly grateful for how it was handled. A special thank you to vet Zoe—delivering the difficult news about my lovely boy Rocco with such empathy and grace. Though it was the hardest thing to hear, she guided me gently and made it easier to make the right decision for him. Her compassion ensured Rocco had a dignified and peaceful end, and I’ll always be thankful for that. Thank you all so much for the care you continue to provide ❤️

   Our dog got attacked and sadly needed to be put to sleep. Vets 4 pets did everything they could to help her but unfortunately the wounds suffered where to severe. We could clearly see the team and Nile care about the wellbeing of animals who end up in their care. They treat our companions in such a humanely manor and therefore I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who has a family animal in need of help. Thank you for looking after our Sadie and doing everything to save her life.

   So glad i registered my 16 week old puppy her a few weeks ago after being recommended here by friends amazing and helpful service. On friday my puppy has some how ended up breaking her leg in my back garden i was beside myself and they have been so helpful ever since the staff are just generally caring and know what they are doing i couldnt recommend them enough. They have now arranged to have surgery and put a plate in her leg rither than us getting it amputated they have been helpful and understanding also financially.

   After extremely poor service from pennine harwood and animal trust I moved to vets 4 pets…..finally A vet practice that actually answers the phone first time and all staff knowledgeable and helpful! Seen on time and prices for treatments ,I feel,are fair. Would definitely recommend

   The receptionist and the vet were both lovely. Milo is the first pet that I've been responsible for and so was somewhat nervous about what to expect. The receptionist explained everything clearly and got me set up with the care plan for Milo easily. The vet clearly cared a lot about Milo, who seemed extremely comfortable around her and he was allowed to explore and feel safe before any vaccines or checks were done. Couldn't have asked for better care for Milo.

   All members of staff are welcoming, sympathetic and supportive. Tom is an excellent vet and a great asset to the practice. Our dog got plenty of cuddles from the team, she loves going to the vets!
