My sister, mum and I have been coming here for many years, (back to when she used to be located in Wimbledon) and we trust no one else with our hair. She advises you on hairstyles and colours that suit you and we always leave very happy.
I would give zero stars if it was possible after the experience I’ve just had. I've been going to this salon for haircuts and usually it's pretty good (despite the wait times) But this time was a mess. I showed up on time for my appointment, but the stylist was running behind and still working on two clients. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes, which is annoying because it always happens. When she finally got to me, she asked if I was okay since I was quiet. I told her I was a bit annoyed about the constant delays, even with an appointment. Instead of just acknowledging it, she got all condescending and was like, 'Have you ever been to a hair salon before? Delays happen.' I told her I knew, but it's happened every time with her. Then she just said she 'wasn’t ready to cut my hair' and refused me service. Mind you I was calm throughout our conversation and was just trying to give some polite feedback, not start a fight. Seems like she can't handle any feedback from her clients without feeling like it’s an attack. I’m never coming back here.
Best haircuts here! Irena has a great sense for hair and style. I’ve had haircuts of different lengths with her and they always turn out amazing.
Had my hair done by Irena at I&M Hairsalon and was really pleased with the result. She was attentive, professional, and took the time to get it just right. The cut and finish looked great — very natural. Would happily recommend and will be returning!
Booked via Treatwell 2 days before, arrived after travelling a long way to find out my appointment had been booked over the top of someone so I had to drive all the way home after paying for 2 hours of parking, without my hair cut. I even called in the morning to check my appointment was all good, and no one even answered or called me back. This salon didn’t even bother to check their bookings for that day and let me know my appointment was cancelled. They should have offered me a discount or something to make up for all the trouble and wasted time and money. Not a good experience!!
The owner is not fully equipped to treat with customers and takes comments at heart even if polite or fair. She just wants you to seat, close your mouth and let her do what she wants. Could go either ways as she’s good at some hairstyles but she doesn’t listen to you at all.a shame…
Sooo good, a local gem. I had left getting my haircut before holiday too late to go far from my house. At first I was a little put off with this being off of the usual high streets but after reading lots of good reviews I gave it a try. SO happy and will be coming back. The lady is so lovely and clearly has been doing this a long time as she gave the best cut I've had in a long time. Thank you very much!!!
This is a lovely little hair salon and the owner Irena is a very talented and dedicated hairdresser. She did my highlights beautifully and with much care and ended up giving me a free hair cut on top of it! Great experience, I would highly recommend it.
Really good hairdresser and a lovely person. I’ve been going to her for years and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Technically she gives a great cut and colour and always makes sure you are happy… which unfortunately sometimes means she runs late but for the quality I can wait!
