I am a regular customer here since 2016! I never had any issues and all the time Elena is very professional giving advices to clients what is best to do with their hair! I was witnessed a lot of difficulties cases when customers asking the impossible from black to platinate blond hair and Elena she was amazing in touching the best results!!! So definitely the best services and good prices!!!
I started my bleaching process in September 2023 and Elena advised I would reach my goal by December. The first 4 sessions went ok, even though I could tell my hair was very dry, every 2 bleaching sessions she would invite me in for a hair treatment and she would cut my hair every time afterwards. The fifth session was the one in December. The colour wasn’t even, I had patches of brown and my roots were still black. After the first wash, my hair was so damaged I couldn’t brush it or run my fingers through it without breaking it. I wasted over £900 so that you don’t have to. She should not be allowed to bleach anyone’s hair. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
I went there 1 year ago and the colour I wanted for my hair had nothing to do with the final result. Elena said I have to come back if I want to get the colour I actually wanted and that’s not what we agreed in the beginning. She pushed me to buy products and get keratin treatment which I didn’t want to, and she said if I won’t get that, she won’t be able to bleach my hair second time because it’s too damaged. While I was there I observed she was promoting keratin treatment with the same story for all her customers just to push you to spend more money. I just blocked her and I wasn’t going to leave a review but I heard someone had the same experience and her hair was completely damaged and the bleach wasn’t successful so she had to come back and buy keratin treatment. Same story. Her salon it’s like a romanian market where people come to talk or sell products. Don’t waste your time & money there. I am surprised nobody said it yet and her reviews have nothing to do with reality.
