Shelly said I can come in at 2 PM for a wash and blow-dry. I didn’t leave until 5:20 PM. She forgot she had double booked, and I was initially quoted £30, but when my hair was still frizzy, I asked if she could go over it with irons. She did a quick five-minute straighten and charged me an extra £25 without mentioning the price beforehand. Even after that, my hair got frizzy again, and I had to redo it myself. I was really disappointed with the service and the lack of communication about pricing.
Had the best experience and exceptional work done. Naomi was my hairdresser and she was extremely helpful and informative, already looking forward to my next appointment which will definitely be back with Naomi. Can’t recommend enough!
Spendy is amazing. She took care of my 4c hair with love and care. she is extremely fast and braids beautifully. My scalp is tender and I still felt NO PAIN. she gave me advice on what hairstyle to do and how to make it last long. Everyone compliments my hair every time they see me. I would recommend her over and over again. (I washed, blow dried, trimmed, and got Fulani braids and left there in under 4 hours)
I did a walk in service & was SO happy with my braids. Jasmine took care of me & they were the best braids I’ve ever had.. now my regular and can’t wait to have them done again.
I have never been happier with the way my hair looks. After two years of doing it myself, with mixed results, I was anxious about attending a salon for the first time, expecting raised eyebrows and comments about how badly it had been treated and instead left with recommendations for products, a smile on my face, and best of all, amazing hair! Naomi was incredible, and was extremely knowledgeable, making £20 very very well spent. I've already booked my next appointment for two weeks simply because I'm so excited to see what they do next with my hair!! I would 100% recommend here.
I booked a last minute appointment for 12 invisible braids and I couldn’t be happier. Naomi was my stylist and she did an amazingly quick job. I didn’t have any pain with tightness during or after as I have previously experienced and my hair is still neat nearly 3 weeks on. I will be back and would definitely recommend.
Done a quick enquiry over the phone and ended up with an appointment on the same day. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was lovely friendly and funny, I had stitch braids done by the lovely rhiane and I honestly don’t have a a bad thing to say about her everything was done professionally she was polite and lovely and her body language was welcoming! I suffer with anxiety and my overall experience here was 11/10 I love my hair and I have booked in to go back in a few weeks time. The receptionist lady is also super lovely aswell!!
I went in to get my hair relaxer service, this also included a treatment and trim. Then I added on a straightening service after I was served by Stephanie and another girl (I don’t remember her name but she’s East African). My hair hasn’t relaxed properly in about a year. So when the relaxer was washed off my hair and I noticed my hair relaxed so well I was sooo surprised and pleased. They both took good care of my hair and delivered a high service. I’m only giving 4 starts because the person who I booked to relax my hair never turned up (car troubles) and I had to wait a while to be served. But immediately I started my hair and with how good the service was, all was forgotten in no time!
Firstly, this place is very clean! I loved the decor, so welcoming and inviting. Secondly, I booked a facial with the one and only Courtney Law, who has recently joined this salon as their beautician and I cannot express how pleased I am with my over all experience. I do not let anyone touch my face however, I have been going to Courtney for the past couple of years and wow! She’s the best in the game! So professional, clean, explains all steps beforehand, uses amazing products and leaves you feeling fresh, relaxed and of course with glowing skin! My partner had a back scrub with deep massage and wow! I was jealous! Courtney used a pomegranate scrub that smelt amazing and left his skin feeling like a baby’s bottom! The massage was so relaxing that he has booked us both in for one. Couples massage here we come!! Overall, I am completely satisfied with my experience, Bella Moore Salon is now the place to go, they have a treatment room downstairs which creates the perfect ambience for pampering. The staff were very pleasant and the manager was a delight!
