   My self and my mum have been going to HS2 hair and beauty for over 2 years. All the lady's are very friendly and always have a smile on their face. They always ask how you are and will have a laugh with too. They always check what style, colour you would like before they start your hair and after they have done your hair style they check if it's all ok before you pay.

   Wonderful place - every staff member attentive and a very good team vibe. Nails are beautiful considering there was not much to work with. My long hair is still bouncing … I feel fabulous. Prices are very reasonable too. Thank you

   Fabulous friendly hairstylists. I can highly recommend Nadine, such a lovely lady with so much experience this was the first time I had highlights and am so happy with them. Also the young pretty girl who washed my hair gave me the most amazing hair wash and head massage, the best I’ve ever had.

   This was my second experience at this salon. Both get 0 stars from me. The first time I had my lashes done, and 80% of them fell out on the first week. I didn't make a fuss, no bad review, nothing... Went somewhere else to have it done again. I thought I'd give the salon another chance and I booked an appointment for a full head highlight cut and style 6 days in advance. Today is my only day off before Christmas, I worked around it so I'd be able to have my hair done. My soul needed this so much as I lost someone very important to me recently... Unfortunately, when I came to the salon I found out that they company is unorganised and they didn't put my booking from treatwell on their paper agenda. I booked a week in advance (6 days). They have received a notification about my booking, however they didn't bother to put it in their diary or call me to say that they were fully booked. Of course they are now fully booked and cannot do my hair. So what am I supposed to do? I've planned this treatment in advance; do you think there is a place where I can just turn up 4 days before Christmas and they'll have time for my 3hour long highlights? I don't think so... I understand that people make mistakes but if you cannot work with treatwell bookings AND normal bookings then don't. This is a business and you have to be on top of your bookings because you cause disappointed and chaos in the salon. I lost time and I'm not going to have the beautiful hair I wanted for Christmas because it's too late to look for someone else! If your whole team is having the flu, then close your bookings and slots on treatwell! I can see there are other people that had the same issue months ago, so it's not new... Having the flu is not an excuse, we all had it... You're a business, be professional. A "Sorry" and a refund doesn't cut it...

   I had been to see Katie back in August for a spray tan and I was so happy with the results that I decided to book back in! Katie doesn’t work Tuesdays, however she came in especially for me on her day off and when the salon was closed due to my working hours, now that is what I call a 5* service! Thank you for being so accommodating and giving me another amazing spray tan! Highly recommend.

   I have now found my new regular hairdressers. I didn’t go hairdressers for about 24 years from not being able to find the right place for me. But now I have, had my hair highlighted twice here and also cut which was a lovely hair cut never had my hair cut nicer, I absolutely love the place and the people there, very welcoming and happy place.

   I have just visited this hairdresser/beauty salon. As always my hair looks fantastic, having had a cut colour and blow dry. My nails are perfect after having a manicure and shellac polish. I always come out feeling very relaxed and positive. All of the staff are very attentive and friendly, always happy to chat and listen.Plenty of refreshments offered along with up to date quality magazines. Very clean environment including the wash room. Everything one could ask of a salon. Would never go anywhere else now I have found this little gem.
