   I had a balayage done yesterday with Karolina and couldn’t be happier! She was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I really appreciated how attentive she was to what I wanted. After my appointment, Karolina even followed up with personalised product recommendations and kindly gave me a free hair mask sample, which was such a lovely touch. Thank you again, Karolina – I’ll definitely be back!

   I found Ezmir Jacobs online and was blown away by some of the photos on the salon Instagram. Karolina is friendly, kind and very good at her job - she listens to what you want carefully and actually for me, went above and beyond my expectations. I had a balayage and I’m still in shock that this is my hair. Karolina will definitely be my regular hairdresser from now on.
