   Tyson our tiny Chihuahua cross came in for surgery with Caroline yesterday. She is amazing! So professional and caring. He is recovering well. Ebony cared for him afterwards and went above and beyond to ensure that all of his needs were met. She is fantastic and very professional. All of the team are amazing and the girls on reception are so lovely. We have used this practice for over 11 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. 5 star ⭐ service: All staff are 100% dedicated to ensuring that the welfare of every animal is met in a meticulous and efficient manner.

   Great vet practice. Were really helpful in diagnosing my cat with hyperthyroidism and providing support with my chosen treatment. I called up today for help with my rabbit and was booked in for a same day appt. The nurse (Anna) was excellent. Very understanding of the situation and was so lovely with Penny (my rabbit). Reception team were also lovely. Thank you so much :)

   We very sadly had to have our elderly dog put to sleep. I can honestly say that the staff here were all so lovely and helpful, and the lady vet was absolutely lovely with our elderly dog, and treated her with love, care and attention. Also, she considered our needs, and we were looked after too. Would absolutely recommend this vets . We have been going here for a few years and have been here on happier times, and our dogs have always been treated well as have we! Fairly priced, great vets, 10/10

   I would like to thank Caroline for looking after Rupert and bugs the rabbits over the last few years She’s been amazing with them and got them through some tough times I would also like to thank Jemma who sorted bugs for me the other day , he’s a poorly bunny , but thanks to her and the lovely nurse that looked after him all day can’t thank you guys enough he’s still here , only for a short while , but with the care he received he still with me for now , also the reception staff who have been fantastic and listened to me. Again big thanks to Caroline and Jemma for you helping me with bugs the last couple of days , I really appreciate everything all of you have done , bugs is doing ok , he’s given me a few scares over the last 24 hours , but he’s content at the minute , I’m on borrowed time with him , but this time I have right now gives me and him chance to say our goodbyes Thank you

   I've been a frequent visitor with my cat Felix. I travel from Barnton they are the best vets in the local area , they are so compassionate. I took him to another big brand which opened closer to my home and you tell they weren't really interested in your pet and kept upselling unnecessary things. Took him back to Northwich vets for a serious procedure and they have shown nothing but compassion and care. I would not use another vet. Thank you
