Best experience ever can’t wait to go back had the best massage when they washed my hair and then they perfectly brushed my hair and then they trimmed it and layered my hair beautifully it turned out wonderful my curls are so healthy now better than before 1000% recommend ❤️
Doesn't even deserve 1 star. My wife had been going to this hairdresser a few times now without a problem until now..She was denied service due to using boxed hair dye and the staff could not find a reasonable alternative and spoke behind her back complaining about my wife's request to get new hairdye to the point she was in tears. The owner was in the room and aware of the situation and didn't do anything to resolve. They claimed that they couldn't find any records of her in the past when she clear had texts of her past appointments. This was bullying at its finest.. well done Jones for wasting a 3 hour slot from my wife's work time just to get bullied.
Definitely the best hairdresser around. Over the years I've tried every salon in Caterham and Jones is by far the best. Everyone who works there is nice and friendly. There's always good music playing rather than trendy Muzak. They have a very talented team of stylists. I take my daughter too and they make her feel like a princess. Highly recommend.

Jones The Hairdresser is my favourite salon of all time. Every single member of the team is happy, friendly, polite and knows your name. All the staff are highly trained & skilled, I've never once had less than a 5* experience! It was tough for me to find a wheelchair friendly salon in the area, so I dropped Jones' a message about the issue. Within the hour I had a message back asking my opinion on the ramp they were interested in buying to make the salon fully accessible! By my next appointment, the ramp was there and all staff know how to safely set it up. Due to health issues, I'm also a client who regularly needs to rearrange appointments or has to cancel - this has never been an issue. The entire team ask how I am whenever they see me, have supplied me with high quality vegan haircare products to keep my hair healthy during my cancer treatment & during hospital stays. I cannot praise them all enough.
I came into the salon test for a cut and blow dry with Emily. The staff were so lovely and kind. Emily was so friendly and lovely. I had my hair washed by katie who did a wonderful job. One of the best blow drys I’ve ever had! Will definitely be coming back very soon!
My sister in law had an amazing and very special time at the salon with her birthday day layer haircut and curly styling, I forgot to ask the hairdresser name but she did Lovely service, and she is very friendly staff. See you soon with my daughters hair styles appointment.
