   Awful experience, we arrived 30 mins early. My husband kept ringing the numbers provided yet no answer. On the email it said arrive 20 mins before appointment. My husband rang again because its time for the appointment. Someone answered. My husband asked if I could go through with him because he needs support. You could see he wasn't happy with me going in. He told me there was only two chairs. We went in and there was stuff everywhere it was untidy. That is when we saw a three chair's and the doctor told us it was broken.My husband was answering questions about medication and my husband asked me a question. I then explained to the doctor that our Gp offered fit notes and anything they could to support him. I then said the medication my husband was taking was a low dose, I then said its not like he us taking a 400mg like me then I could understand the issue. The Doctor said sternly be quite.. we are talking about him. I couldn't believe the utter rudeness. I was talking about my husband and what our own doctor had said. But he never allowed me to finish.My husband kept asking me questions about his medication and I didn't feel able to say anything so i just didn't say anything. We'd spent 30 mins waiting for this appointment and he rushed the whole process. He didn't listen to what my husband was saying and just rushed him. I was there to support my husband and it was very unprofessional. We weren't in there 10 mins.
