   I visited Zohan Barber today (14th September 2025) with my 2-year-old son for a haircut, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. From the beginning, I clearly explained the style I wanted for my child, but the barber did not follow my instructions at all. At the end of the haircut, I asked him twice to make it a little shorter, yet instead of listening to me as a paying customer, he completely ignored my request. To make matters worse, he simply walked over to the till and waited for me to pay, without finishing the job properly. This kind of dismissive and rude behavior is unacceptable, especially when dealing with children. I went there expecting professionalism and basic respect, but what I got instead was poor service, no attention to detail, and a very bad attitude. A barber should listen to their customers and provide the haircut requested, not rush through and act like they can’t be bothered. I will not be coming back, and I would not recommend Zohan Barber to anyone who values good customer service or wants their instructions to be respected. A simple haircut turned into a frustrating experience, and it’s a shame because it could have been avoided with just a little care and professionalism.

   Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I sent my son for a haircut, and when he came back, I was shocked — it looked like nothing had been done. They didn’t even wet his hair before cutting, and no hair product was used afterward, leaving it dry and untidy. When I took him back to ask what happened, the staff were rude and dismissive. Their response was, “Ask your kid, we did what he asked,” — which is completely unacceptable. I explained that even if the instructions weren’t clear, basic steps like wetting the hair and applying some cream or product afterward should be standard. Their response? “If you want to apply cream, do it at home.” This kind of attitude is not just unprofessional — it gave my son a bitter experience that no customer, especially a young one, should have to go through. I will definitely not be returning, and I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone.

   Poor experience. The barber guy took minutes to cut my hair. And at the same time was a little rude, suggesting I had received a certain kind of “gentle” hair cut , and this was not actually what I requested. When I asked him to elaborate he said I was no longer a teenager so this is the hair cut that suits you. First time I have used this barber shop in a while but will avoid now. Also please note they only taken CASH every time I have been there.

   Very disappointimg service. Both my partner and son went for a haircut. Requested a ONLY a trim, both Barbers hacked their hair very short and my sons was not even level. My son was clearly upset but it wasnt until both came home did they realise how bad it was. After calling and then going back there to 'fix'the unevenness. Both staff that were present basically refused to say sorry and accused our previous Barbers of even photoshopping photos of my sons hair. They did attempt to rectify his hair and offer a refund but we will not be returning.
