Do not buy if there is a chance you may return the item. Although you have a statitury right to return without give a reason. Customer care service dept. In Warrington is 100% unhelpful. I will discourage all not to use . A lawnmower that did not suck up the grass, a chain saw with misleading weight.
Had a major problem with a piece of equipment (engine decided to expose its inners) which caused me to not be able to continue witth my work. I went to the place I bought the equipment from with anxiety of just needing to get back to work. There Charlie (@ Warrington Branch) gave me the best customer service I have ever had. He made it a seamless process and I was back grafting an hour after my initial contact with him. This man should give the training to all other managers for a blue print of excellence when dealing with other humans. I can not credit this guy and the staff he has. Charlie McQillan deserves a pay rise/promotion. 6 stars form me and I'll be a returning customer for all future equipment needs.

I wasn't too happy when I saw that a plastic clip was broken, these should be made of metal for strength but the chap that I spoke to sent me a replacement quickly , the machine was still under the guarantee. He was courteous and it was quickly sorted. I therefore gave the company 5 stars. Many thanks.
Item (24l silent compressor) arrived well packaged, and on time. Item is ideal for inflation and blowing, but probably under-powered for most tools and blasting purposes (not what I want it for). Love the low noise level, doesn't disturb the neighbours! Did have a fault with the item, but replacement part was sent quickly, I fitted it, all resolved.
Purchased a 20volt hedge trimmer which produced a gearbox fault, contacted customer support and all was resolved under warranty in under 2 weeks ,excellent service thanks to Jade and team
Ordered a new lawn mower and delivered the next day as shown on their website. Unable to review the product yet because its snowing! Product is well packaged and looks good quality.
Near perfect product. Hardly a noticible mark on this much reduced Grade B mower - £200 less than new price. Starts first pull every time, very very please with it. I have put more marks this mower in the 1st 5 mins of carful mowing than it had on delivery. Product not so solid as a Honda but at only a third of the price it does the job perfectly. Its a mower.
