Salon24 absolutely saved the day! I tried to strip the colour out of my hair using a box colour stripper and it all went wrong, I tried 2 other salons but had no luck, Salon24 took my call and said come right in. They fixed the colour and condition, Vicky was fantastic. I would highly recommend Salon24 to everyone
Just finished hair cut and finish and going by google reviews I made the right decision. Vicki was amazing understood I have got regrowth and need it to be a certain length also I was allowed to bring my shampoo and conditioner. The blow dry was amazing as well I want to thank Vicki so much and even cut the the front shaped it so nicely. She suggested the length and it's the length that is perfect. Definitely coming back and also booked wash and blow dry xxx
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First Time at Salon 24 – and I’m Never Going Anywhere Else! This was my first time at Salon 24, Hadley Wood, and I honestly walked in with a hair disaster. My colour before was patchy, unblended, and looked like an amateur had used my head as a canvas — I felt like an alien. The amazing team at Salon 24 completely turned things around. They corrected my colour so beautifully — now it’s smooth, rich, and properly blended. I finally feel like myself again! Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive, constantly checking if I was okay or needed anything. The service was warm and welcoming from start to finish. I’m so glad I found them — I’ll definitely be coming back regularly!
Lovely salon and Vicky is a superstar. So experienced, really knows how to guide and advise and yet still make sure you feel like you get what you ask for. My hair had been a sore point the last few years as I struggled to find the right hairdresser and Vicky has brought my mane back to life! She has done incredible things with my highlights, just the right combination of colours and placement to get my hair looking natural but brighter, and the cut is the best I’ve had in years.
So glad I when to this salon and met Alex the best hairdresser. She cut coloured highlighted my hair from a very dark colour to a gorgeous colour now 3 weeks later my roots don’t show like before I was having to have my roots coloured with previous hairdresser every 2-3 weeks Alex did a lovely curly blow dry. Make an appointment you won’t be disappointed.
I would just like to say how lovely all the staff are at this salon and professional. I had a great experience whilst getting a full head of highlights and cut. Would highly recommend to others.
The staff were not very professional done my half head highlights, cut and blow-dry. Did not achieve the colour I wanted blamed it on build up of hair dye,. These questions should have been address before bleach was applied than said they need to tone that would cost me a further £30. This too should have been discussed before treatment. My head was badly scratched while washing, hot and cold water was used never right temperature. Finally had two hairdressers drying my hair to finish me quickly as I had long curly hair. This was painful. Came out of salon with sore scalp and headache. No one spoke to me but had great conversations with the other customers. Very disappointed will not be going back.
I bought a Groupon voucher and was super happy with my purchase! I had Alex do my hair and she was amazing. The voucher states you’ll have a £15 surcharge for hair over shoulder length (fair enough) and Alex clarified that to me before going ahead which I appreciated. My hair is alive again! The shade of blonde is gorgeous, haircut was fab and I’m not a fan of a blow dry but Alex went for a different style blow dry and I loved it! I would 100% recommend this place. Clean, tidy, professional, with nice and communicative staff. I felt very well looked after and in good hands. Thank you. ❤️
I went yesterday to Salon 24 where I had haircut, full head of highlights, root tint and blow dry. The salon is bright and spotless and the girls are great and take time to discuss what you want and also what they suggest. My hair has been totally transformed and looks amazing. Great colour and highlights and love the shape and blow dry which has lasted perfectly overnight Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you all at Salon 24
