A good veterinary services. Took my cat for a de flea assessment and left with a good drops brand stronger than available at pet's at home. Having used the drops now for 2 months and not found any fleas on the fine tooth brush.
Very expensive …. in your hour they sell you more. I lost my dog Izzy and at that hour encouraged me for a funeral which cost me another £300 Now I have a cat and paying nearly £40 a month but exclusions on both the pet plan and insurance mean that if you cancel 2 appointments… you pay in full!!! I would not recommend them nor use their services once im out of a fixed contract .. be aware of these too. Receptionist are lovely but once you have paid on to the next. Vets try to upsell … it’s a lovely and healthy cat but why am I paying nearly £40 a month. I had animals growing up but the vets are seriously taking us for an emotional and financial ride. PLEASE EVERYONE know that pet care doesn’t need to cost more than your own life insurance
My boy Stevie (bsh cat) was neutered here this week, from start to finish Regans have been fantastic. Stevie is now recovering at home well, minus hating his cone! I couldn’t have asked for better for us both! Felt so reassured, and guided through the process. Thank you, from me & Stevie!x
Not sure when my last experience was deleted here but I write again. My dog was last week diagnostic totally blind on left eye. Dr. Said he was in big pain when was young. He was on big pain in next 5 days after visit clinic. Absolutely different dog when I pick up back. Now is my dog totally blind on left eye. Really can't recommended this clinic. Pics is before visit clinic and after 5 days off appointment.
I am extremely happy that I have changed to Regans Vets. The reception team were super friendly and explained everything to me in detail regarding The Healthy Pet Club. Once in with the vet for my cat’s appointment, she gave him a full health check and his vaccination. She was caring and very helpful. I feel confident that my cat is in good hands now and he will receive the best treatment and care he deserves.
Our first visit to our new vets with Rosie and Ruby 8 week old German Shepherd sisters. The whole experience was great lovely staff and very knowledgeble vet who explained what each vaccination was , give us info about their dietary needs as puppies and also for the future. Always professional, always caring and always accommodating. I have never been refused treatment either for an appointment, emergency or not, nor by telephone. Regan’s vets are by far the best. When my oldest dog died 4 years ago they were so compassionate and made our last moments together as good as possible in such an awful situation. Honestly I could praise them all day long.
Friendly staff, professional service, normal vet prices.
