Went in today for extensions to hide my trichotilomania and i'm so happy. Rachel's made my hair look lovely thick and long- i felt confident with my hair before she was even done. Rachel was also very talkative and made me feel very comfortable at my appointment. Will definitely be coming back, thank you xx
The hair is extremely poor quality, I went on holiday and some wefts were half sewn. Sally refused to refund any money. The top piece only has a middle parting not free part and looks like lace, is not silk based. Not worth the money and they nickle and dime you think fix their mistakes
I had my system fit in February I like it everything went well after some time the hair started to fall off really bad. Everytime I shower my hair, the hair falls of comes very lose every time. I had the system in my hair for 9 months and the whole system has come on leaving my hair bald. I’ve paid £2000 which was not worth it at all. I had 22 inch but every time I was the hair it was getting shorter. The money I wasted on this hair wasn’t worth it at all. Now I’m stuck with short hair even every month I went to tighter this hair they couldn’t even tell me what the problem was as hairdresser they should know but they couldn’t even tell me. This is the worst place to get your hair done from especially if your suffering with hair loss too expensive and not worth it. Do not go there
Wonderful salon! With professional caring staff. I felt completely relaxed having my hair system fitted. I suffer from a medical hair loss condition, my confidence has been at an all time low, but visiting Hair Solved in High Barnet Made me feel very comfortable. Sally matched the hair colour beautifully! The hair used in the system is real human hair, and the choices for the kind of hair system are varied, making this a top place for anyone dealing with any kind of issue with hair loss and regrowth. I have been coming to the Hair solved salon for nearly a year now. It has a lovely atmosphere and is bright and airy and spotlessly clean. What i love about it is all the girls are friendly and greet you with a friendly smile. I always feel amazing when i leave the salon they make sure your happy with everything you have had done before you leave. During the pandemic i always felt so safe and well looked after and lots of time and care was taken to make sure clients were not put at risk. Would recommend this salon very highly. .
