I went along today for a short notice haircut, I had not been before. It was a very friendly and welcoming salon with no ego's or unfriendly staff. I had an excellent cut and blow dry by Eleanor which far exceeded expectations.
Best hair dresser ever. After years of problem hair have found a hairdresser that can cope with it. Lovely friendly staff. Best place ever.x
Lynsey has never let me down. She is an honest and talented hairdresser. She gives good advice and her cutting and colouring skills are excellent. I would not think of going anywhere else.
I have been going to Sue for eyebrow & facial threading fortnightly for 4+ years and I have never left disappointed! She takes care and shapes my eyebrows perfectly every time. Her service is delivered with the highest professionalism & kindness. My self confidence is so much better after my appointment. Thank You Sue :)
I booked an appointment for my daughter to cut her hair. I explained well over the phone her situation and her hair type as well as what type of hair cut she wanted. When we arrived at the shop, the lady was not able to cut her hair since she told us it "was not her speciality". The manager, with an arrogant tone, told us that she was very busy and she didn't have time for my daughter. We felt very disappointed and I found this behaviour very unprofessional. Why did she book my daughter in if she knew she wasn't able to cut her hair? If they were busy it would have been more professional to tell us over the phone instead of wasting our time. I do not recommend.
I cannot rate this place high enough, I walked in with my hair a complete mess and I had no idea on what to do with it. Belinda who is lovely, talked me through which colour would look good on me and I must say she was spot on, she sure knows her stuff. The colours she picked for me are perfect. Then the amazing Lyndsay did her magic on me, knowing my lifestyle and how much time I get to spend on my hair she did an amazing job, best haircut I have ever had and so easy to manage. Perfect! The whole experience was wonderful and I left feeling fab (which I haven't felt for a long time) Lyndsay and her team are so lovely and really seem to care about their customers, I would highly recommend Purism to everybody, I will now never go anywhere else.
