   Disgraceful service last Friday, notifying a mum of a premie baby that they can’t get the baby milk only available on prescription by a text message after having it for 2 days. Message sent at 4pm while mum was still in work. On leaving work mum kept tried to call them to ask for it to be returned to the spine because I had located some in Sheffield. When I checked the NHS tracker at the pharmacy I was working at Night & Day had marked the prescription as being dispensed which meant no other pharmacy could call it down to dispense it. After trying to ring them for an hour on Saturday morning I had to travel from Eckington to Bolsover to be told by them that their phone lines were down. They also said the prescription had to be dispensed for them to be able to download it which I know is incorrect. Apparently they always do that and wait for the stock coming in. Why did they not realise a baby can’t wait like that? They un-dispensed it and sent it back to the spine. I then had to travel from there to Darnall to collect the milk they had saved me overnight. Why did they not put in their text that their phones were down? Could they not have helped locate the milk and sent the parents there?

   I have found the service from day night pharmacy to be exemplary staff are always polite, approachable and well informing also thanks to usef for always being a great help and always doing a brillaint job when performing earwax services. Daynight is the one pharmacy i prefer to use as other chemist's are not as good or efficient.

   After 4 days of coping with having my ear blocked I found this local place on the internet to remove ear wax. Super quick appointment,Very friendly staff, and reasonable price. I can now hear again. Would recommend using them to anyone looking for ear wax removal.

I have my medicines delivered and the gentleman who brings them is a credit to Day & Night. Thank you Day & Night I can't praise you enough.

   I want to thank this little gem of a business for coming to Bolsover. They are so helpful especially when getting certain prescription items that maybe harder to get, they will try to have them in the same day or the next. Their prescription review service is excellent too and has flagged up some important issues we have managed to solve, Also their opening hours excellent for working people. The pharmacists are friendly and helpful and very informed.

   Shocking. I have been in this chemist this morning for 2x prescriptions. The person who served me was fairly rood saying the prescription wasn't ready nor could be ready any time soon, I said I needed it today, she then located it and handed it over but before doing this was shouting the items on my prescription across the shop to other members of staff for all to hear. What is on your prescription and your personal details are confidential and not for all to hear. Made a complaint regarding this and won't be returning.
