Demi and Jo are the best! I love Chilli Reds. Great atmosphere, great service and nothing is too much trouble. They will do whatever is needed till you’re happy. First hairdressers that does what I ask for and not what they want! I’ve been going for 3 years now and look forward to every visit. ❤️❤️❤️
AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS. I have waited for a while to post a review about this salon as I was too scorned by the appalling state Demi left my hair in. Please see attached photos if you are looking for an honest review of the quality of hairdressing that is provided at Chilli Reds. I was excited to get my hair highlighted as I was starting a new job 2 days later and Demi knew this. £140 later and this is what came out. I phoned the next morning asking if she could fix my hair as I was starting my job on Monday, to which Demi replied saying she was fully booked and couldn't fit me in. This forced me to go to another salon and fork out another £50 to dye my hair all brown as I couldn't possibly afford to spend that kind of money again to get the hair that I was promised. My hair is now left completely dead and I have had to cut inches off of it to try and get it to a presentable state. As for the salon, it is dirty, cold and outdated. Demi is unprofessional and sits on her phone gossiping to her friends the entire time. She is rude and aggressive and I cannot emphasise just how much this salon should be avoided at all costs. Not to mention most of the reviews have been left by the salon owner herself...
