I’ve been treating my hair with Adeline for 13years now. When I was transitioning from relaxed hair to natural that’s when I started with her. I love the way she treats natural hair. I was not leaving in London then, just coming and going. When I moved to London, I was going to her salon, then I stopped. I went to different places, I had to go back because my hair was thin and not looking healthy. I realised that of the other places I went, she was the only one who really treated my daughter and I‘s natural hair with care. The salon is very clean, they sanitise the chairs after every client, they offer tea and coffee with biscuits. I fully recommend her with my eyes clothes, you will not disappointed.
Adeline is highly professional and highly knowledgeable in Afro hair. I have been using Adeline professionally for over 4years and I must say Adeline is well respected in the Afro community. I had a very dissapointing experience with Adeline. I noticed that she has great customer service if everything goes her way, but if you question her approach or raise concerns, she is incredibly disrespectful. When we were discussing my hairstyle, she rolled her eyes, spoke over me, disregarded my concerns and was generally rude and dismissive. In the end, I asked for a different stylist and had a lovely experience with Aisha. Adeline then overcharged me by £20. Avoid! Adeline please remember to acknowlege, respect and meet the clients wishes when possible. Update in response to Adeline: Lying is not only unprofessional and unecessary but it simply proves my point that the client experience is not central to the service you provide. Incredibly dissappointing. You can do better, for yourself and for our community.
I had such an amazing experience at Adeline's I'm thrilled to have finally found my new go-to hairdresser! Adeline and her entire team are not only incredibly talented but also genuinely friendly and professional. I started coming to the salon just before lockdown as I was looking for a salon that catered to natural hair. I have to say whenever I come her I have the best service and Adeline always gives me great advice for my hair.
