   I asked just for a wash cut and style the hairdresser cut it too short and then had the nerve to charge me for directors cut £51 quid to have a granny cut. Will never go back absolutely disgusting to assume and charge the highest rates for a very poor hair cut it’s not even straight i was in too much pain to argue this out and paid but will never ever go back and have informed all my followers on social media to never go there!!! Not happy at all

   I cannot thank this salon enough for dying my hair for my 21st birthday at such short notice. They done a phenomenal job and I was so happy with my experience. Wasula was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend this salon especially for those with an Asian hair type. I will definitely be back again and would recommend this salon.

   Enjoyed the experience of this Hairdressers. My stylist was very attentive. A very good massage when washing hair. Styled my hair exactly how I wanted it. Everything was cleaned and worn PPE. I was given a new face mask and covered my clothing with plastic. The salon was very clean and tidy. Thank you for the good experience of having my hair done.

   During weekdays you ll most likely get a haircut with no appointments which works great for busy people like me. I have been to many hairdressers in Croydon but at Trade Secret I get a decent price. Friendly and very knowledgeable hairdresser with attention to details. I will be definitely going again.
