   I brought my wife here yesterday for a procedure and the experience was very poor. Upon arrival we were rudely greeted by two receptionists who looked as though they didn’t want to be there, they had their hands in their pockets, and were too busy talking to one another. My wife asked where the bathroom was, and the receptionist just said, “there”, and pointed at the bathroom in a sarcastic manner as if it was patently obvious to someone who’d never been there before. While my wife was with the clinician, I noticed spilt tea all over the floor near where I was sitting, but no one had made an attempt to clear it up. The receptionist continued to just talk amongst themselves very loudly all the while I was waiting. They must be short of work? When my wife and I left, both of them never even looked at us, or turned away from their very loud conversation to say goodbye to us or check on us. I notice there’s other comments on here about the attitude of your receptionist. Shocking.

   Amazing service today at The spectrum Clinic. Arrived for my appointment and the receptionist was very friendly and approachable. While waiting for my second appointment I was called through before my appointment time as the same receptionist had noticed that 2 men in the waiting room were having less than desirable conversions between one another. So she put me in a quite waiting area so I would feel more comfortable during my visit which was very thoughtful and observant. Thank you for your service today.

   Do not ever ever have a coil fitted here! I had the coil in December, at Christmas I couldn’t feel the strings and my dr said I had to go back and have it removed asap. This clinic refused time and time again until my dr wrote to them. By the time they got me in and agreed, the 2mm of string they saw before when refusing to remove it, had gone. I now have to go to hospital for it removing. They had the curtain open, chatting away as I was dressing. When I walked in there was a young male student, it wasn’t until I was undressed and on the bed, legs open, that I was asked ‘is it ok for him to be here’ The receptionist are rude and I heard sensitive information about another patient. I have put in a complaint but have no doubt whatsoever that it will be somehow covered up. They cannot even stick to basic patient privacy. They also told me the dr who fitted the coil AND refused to remove it, is ‘the best dr they have’

   Very rude reception no privacy and a real click atmosphere all talking about you not to you. I went in to the drop on was told no drop had to show my phone to prove the information I had read then ask to write down what I was trying to say as the receptionist didn't understand my English mother Young's spoken perfectly like she just wanted to be disrespectful. Could be better could be more friendly or just not rude. Just called reception insisted I didn't need an appointment the receptionist was argumentative when I explained my experience she refused to book an appointment and told me it's walk in

   Professional, courteous staff. Recently they have been so accommodating with getting you an appointment time that suits you. I haven't had any difficulty arranging appointments and have always been treated respectfully and kept well informed. I have not tried the walk-in service but I recommend calling to book.

   If I could give 0 stars I would, Just rang to see if it’s still a drop in centre so I can nip in to confirm I am pregnant they said they won’t do it unless I was thinking about abortion if I happen to be pregnant which is disgusting I am aware I’ll still need to go to GP but I just wanted to confirm it at a “family planning centre” but your that cold hearted that you wanna help girls who are aborting but not help girls who think they are pregnant with their first child absolutely disgusting and need to sort this out!!

   Hang up on you before they give you the time of your appointment and then don't tell you you can't take children to the appointment. Asked me if I could leave her outside with someone when obviously I was on my own. So ridiculous
