   I had an absolutely amazing experience with Emmylou today and I couldn’t be happier with my haircut. From start to finish, everything was perfect. Emmylou is incredibly knowledgeable and instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease. She truly understands my hair type and knows exactly what works best for it, which gave me so much confidence in her from the beginning. She took the time to get to know me, asking about how I care for my hair and the products I use, and tailored everything perfectly. The cut is beautiful and suits my hair so well — I genuinely love it. Emmylou is a truly talented hairdresser and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who really knows what they’re doing.

The shop is gorgeous and comfortable, and I loved the extra touch of snacks with a beverage! I walked out feeling bouncy, beautiful, and refreshed. Strongly recommend!

   I had a brilliant experience at the chapel - and a great haircut. The salon is super professional but really chilled and warm and friendly (not always the case in salons).    I just love my visits to The Chapel. The whole team are so lovely and chatty; they make me feel welcome and relaxed every time. The salon is a gorgeous, unique space and the drinks & snacks are fabulous. I see Sean, who is the most talented hairdresser I’ve ever known - and I have difficult hair! Sean is such a calming presence, takes great care to understand what I want, what suits my lifestyle and works with my face shape, and is an absolute joy to chat to.    I have been coming here for years and I’ve never had a bad haircut. I’ve been to multiplie different hair stylists and I always come away happy. The customer service is also hands down the best in London. Wine, tea, coffee and a little treat is always offered. Usually homemade too! Love this place!

   I had such a wonderfully positive experience at the chapel. I was recommended to go there by a friend who is a regular customer and I'm so completely thrilled that I did! My hair was damaged with bleach and Sian did the most beautiful job treating my hair, blending it and putting on a toner and I think the result is perfect.
