I had an amazing experience at the salon! The stylist who worked on my hair was incredibly informative and walked me through every step of the process. She didn’t just leave me sitting in the chair for hours—she kept checking the progress, adjusting and perfecting things as we went along. The blend and color turned out exactly how I wanted it. Such an amazing experience! I booked wash, haircut & blow dry for my long hair. Stylist first did consultation to understand what I want and then did exactly what I’ve asked for. She also double checked in the process to make sure we’re not cutting too much. Overall great service - super happy with my new hair.
Mia is an exceptional blonde colourist. She always gives me lovely natural scandi blonde highlights and a beautiful cut. She is very calm and professional. Tea and coffee is always offered.
I had the best manicure/pedicure I've ever had courtesy of the brilliant and talented Christine. It's been over two weeks and my finger nails have no chips! Fantastic! I'm a very happy and satisfied customer and will definitely be having my nails done there again. The salon is also very clean, bright and I observed always busy with customers. This tells me that other customers are happy with the customer service they receive there too. Highly recommended
Friendly staff and I’m sure other services must be good, but I would absolutely not recommend them for hair colouring. I had to go twice, first to get my hair done a balayage, which wasn’t even close to what I showed them, so I had to go a second time. They didn’t even listen to what I was saying, and coloured my hair completely- which now neither looks like a balayage or highlights. Utterly disappointed!
I loved the experience. The lovely lady took lots of time helping me to decide on a colour for my hair. Final result left me feeling great along with the haircut. Lady was very polite and will definitely go back.

I used a Groupon, but they didn't know until the end. Thank god they didn't.... I wasn't asked if I wanted to put my jacket away, a beverage of some kind, the typical, 'make you feel welcome' stuff.. She, (didn't get her name) was happier going around other clients, - I was left for ages, over an hour, with dye in my hair. After washing, still in my hair! (Apparently they were too busy being 'overbooked' to treat me with respect) - long story short, I was annoyed, I let them know that, thankfully I didn't pay full price. At least I liked the color! I won't be returning. Awful service.
