   my name is rober. my wife came home today very satisfied and happy thanks to the services of you. her hair was in a very damaged state, needing a haircut and special treatment to recover. for that, thank you from the bottom of my heart and with respect to Mrs. Jane, for the care, professionalism and patience she showed vis-à-vis my wife's problem. Many thanks to Jane and I highly recommend her to ladies with hair problems. all the best!

   Terrible service, Rude customer service and refused to rectify the problem, only provided solutions that benefited them and didn't listen to anything I was telling them. I went in for a full colouring and came out with 3 different shades of colour in my hair, I asked for them to re-do my hair but they said they could only do it with the same hairdresser as there was no one else available at the salon until September, and to wait until September I would have to pay for the whole thing again. Why would I want the same person who ruined my hair to re-do my hair? it just didn't make any sense, after complaining with them over the phone they said I would get a refund and then changed their mind a week later (After not receiving a refund) to say that the only option was for that the same hairdresser re-do my hair with a darker shade, even after agreeing to give me a refund they went back on their word to only give me the option which was inconvenient to me! Extremely disappointed with the service and the customer service.

   Had my hair cut at Hair Connection by Linol for the first time this morning. I was nervous as my hair has thinned, was also in a bad condition due to my trimming it myself. I'm amazed that she managed to cut it back into shape . I am so thankful to her for her patience, and for such a good dry cut. I have every intention of returning am so pleased to have found this local salon.which I can recommend to others. Went back to Hair Connection Holloway Friday 24th June 22. My Hair had grown long thin and dry... Was delighted to be able to book appointment with Lina (after 2yrs!!! since my last cut) Again I had such a good cut, this time with wash and blow dry. I Can highly recommend her and feel so happy to have found at last such a friendly Salon and such a good hairdresser. and become a regular customer at Hair Connection.Holloway. P, Meadows
