   Been coming to Vintage62 for years now, wouldn’t go anywhere else I always have a fantastic experience with Tracy. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. My hair comes out beautifully—fresh, flattering, and exactly the style I had in mind, whether it’s just a cut, colour or a perm.    To say I’m quite disappointed with the phone call I had yesterday with a member of staff at vintage 62 is an understatement. I haven’t had my hair done since pre Covid and was really happy with my hair last time I had it done here. So thought I’d call to book an appointment. It was a strange start to the phone call, I excitedly asked how the person was and the response “good” followed by a very awkward silence…not exactly the phone etiquette I expected. I asked about a specific treatment and availability over next weekend. I was abruptly told that the salon would be closed. When I said I couldn’t make the suggestion of the following opening day and was about to ask for another day the staff member rudely said “sorry bye” and hung up. Clearly no care for clientele at all. It’s really sad when small businesses have been suffering and I was eager to return…however now totally put off. Reading through other reviews I see this isn’t a one off occurrence.

   My first time in a salon for years! Went in on impulse as a treat for myself. Came out feeling and looking great. Tracy was so helpful, friendly, professional and welcoming. Loved everything about the salon including my goody bag and discount! Will definitely go back again. .
