I am extremely satisfied, I say this without exaggeration, forget about the bad comments, hairdresser Ali has been a hairdresser for 20 years and I think he is the best price-performance place in London.
I’ve been a customer at the hairdressers a few times for a cut and blow dry. As someone with thick hair they were great at cutting my hair evenly and making my hair have a nice glow after. However as my visits have gone, I feel like on a hospitality front my experiences haven’t been as pleasant. Not much conversation had at my appointment other than asking where I’m from or asking how old I am. I’m early 20s and I was told I looked 14 at my appointment once. I also have noticed some price discrepancies as for a cut and blow dry I once paid £40 but on the phone someone who enquired during the appointment was told £55. I appreciate my haircuts here but as time has gone I haven’t felt as welcomed as a customer.
I look forward to coming to the salon every couple of weeks to do my lashes and nails. The staff are professional, warm and produce great results
I went here for the first time since my friend recommended the place. Was seen to by Ali for a haircut, excellent service - he understood exactly what I wanted by asking a few questions. My hair looks so good! I will definitely be back again for my next haircut! Thank you
Make sure you ask how much they charge, even ask them to write it down. It is not professionally run business. Unfortunately, my experience was not that nice. I was over charged, like Chelsea prices, for a very short hair. the owner, gave me the price well ahead in person as well as over the phone. However, I was charged almost double and it is completely against to their price list on the website. He also made a comment unprofessional way as they gave a company along doing my hair. I was there for dying my hair. It is not an ethical run business , but apparently they want to get less customers while over charging them. Easy peasy job. Less effort more money. PS, after a few weeks the colour is faded and I need to look and pay an other hairdresser.

The best salon in the uk, even though they’re far from where I live but willing to travel to get my hair done here! Blow dry lasts for a week, very friendly staff and most importantly the price is affordable
