   This was my first visit and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The salon was busy but still felt warm and welcoming - everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable straight away. Rosa looked after me and she was absolutely lovely. She really listened to what I wanted, explained things clearly, and delivered exactly what I asked for - but even better. I had a half head of highlights, toner, a treatment mask and a trim. Very happy with everything! The location is perfect - central, easy to find, and very convenient. I took a chance coming here and it completely paid off. I’ll definitely be back and will happily book with Rosa again.

   This was my third time coming back to Gusto with Ady. She always carefully listens and I come out with exactly what I had in mind, and she gives me personalised advice on my hair. The colour is so much more natural and healthy now (she took it from a bleach blonde before to this). The atmosphere in the salon is really warm and friendly but they also let you just chill and read which is important when you’re getting your hair coloured. Thanks again Ady!

   I visited Gusto during a work trip to London. Ady did a fantastic blow dry and couldn’t recommend her enough. However, I booked a blow dry for shoulder length hair (£30), on the day I asked if my hair could be pinned so the blow dry would last until the evening as I had an awards ceremony. When I came to pay at reception, the woman tried to charge me £50 and claiming I had an “up do”. I’m sorry but loosely pinning a curly blow with Bobbie pins is not an up do. I appreciate the cost of the pins and I was willing to pay extra. I was in the chair for less than 45mins. I disputed the £20 increase, to which she dropped it to £40, then to £35. Although the woman did change her tone to a more positive one once I’d paid, it’s completely unacceptable to make up prices and think you can get away with it, for this reason I’m leaving a 1 star. The blow dry itself I would give 5 stars. For reference I have attached an image of said “up do”, taken moments after leaving the salon.

   This was my first time at Gusto and I am happy to say that its definitely not my last. Everyone was super friendly at the salon. I booked online and someone sent me an email to understand what I want. It was an easy and convenient process. I got full head hair color with haircut and blow dry. My hairdresser was Eva - she was sweet and friendly. I was not sure about the color that i want so she helped me and listen to my thoughts patiently. She recommended the haircut to suit my facetype and also shared some tips regarding how can I take care of my hair. I enjoyed talking to her and overall experience at Gusto. Thanks so much.
