    Unlike many over rated, over priced hairdressers, Way Ahead is a genuine, long-standing family owned business that has fabulous staff. I have Mediterranean thick, curly hair which is *challenging* (apparently) but Jackie is absolutely brilliant at cutting and shaping it to exactly how I would like. She is so experienced, unassuming and a brilliant hairdresser. She takes care to properly listen and advise. A breath of fresh air!! I highly recommend!!

    Loved the service, honesty and my hair colour. A bit late post (very sorry I forgot the name of the lady who did my hair colour but I was shocked and happy when she said shall use dual shades; thats what my old hair dressers in England and outside had recommended. Gave me the confidence that I was in right place). Very kind people to offer lunch too. Shall see you soon for next one too xx (my pic might not do justice but it’s the click I got no sooner was out of the salon and truly happy) Update (as google does not allow to add more reviews): I did my Keratin in Dec 2024 and super pleased with it. It didn’t look fake (which I was afraid off post the first wash and assured by the dressers). The treatment defn helped my hair condition and still going good while in March

    Jess at Way Ahead is a fantastic nail technician. I have my nails done every 3 weeks with a shellac/gel manicure and she always does a great job. Really professional and a lovely woman. My nails are always looked after and in good condition under Jess's care and the manicure lasts so well. Highly recommend.

    I am so happy every time I leave the salon. Jenny transformed my hair from bleached damaged, dead hair to shiny beautiful new hair. Everyone is so friendly and the customer service is amazing! When it comes to hair, I've finally found my go-to place. I highly recommend Way a Ahead the best place in Palace by far! Great for a manicure and pedi too - the girls are perfectionists and go the extra mile to make sure your nails look perfect. x

    I went on Saturday and had my first perm with the lovely Rachel. Amazing service, I had my hair cut first to suit the perm then the perm was done. Rachel was amazing, as were all the staff as you can imagine I was there a long time so was able to observe them all! I would highly recommend this salon. I love my hair and will definitely be back!!
